1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only to eligible purchases made through our official platform. To qualify for a refund, your request must meet the following conditions:

• The request is made within 2 days of the original purchase date.
• The course or service has not been fully accessed, completed, or downloaded.
• A valid reason is provided that complies with our refund guidelines.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for the following:

• Courses that have been accessed or completed beyond 10%.
• Digital downloads or course materials that have been accessed.
• Subscriptions after the renewal date has passed.
• Subscriptions of all educational tools like offline test generators etc.
• Promotional or discounted purchases unless otherwise stated in the offer.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email us at info.correctsolution@gmail.com with the following details:

• Full Name
• Order Number / Reference ID
• Course / Service Purchased
• Detailed Reason for Refund
• Date of Purchase

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

4. Refund Process

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-15 business days. We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.

5. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel a purchase within 24 hours if the course/service has not yet started or been accessed.
• For subscription-based services, cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
• No partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

6. Course Rescheduling or Platform Cancellations

If we cancel or reschedule a course or service for any reason, users will be offered the option of a full refund or enrollment in a future session at no additional cost.
